Hello A-Team:
I am trying to keep on schedule. I am trying. But, I did fall behind.
First Pattern: We still need to put in our sleeves and move on to the front band, collar and collar band.
Portfolio: We will continue by learning how to put in our set-in sleeves 2 ways: with 2 rows of ease and with crimping. After this, we will learn how to add a collar and facings to hour bodice. If there is time, we will make a V-neck neckline.
Can YOU believe that we only have 3 weeks of classes left?????????????? Time is moving SO fast…………………..
Things to know!
Thank you Jena!!!

I am sure I will be sharing more about the following event at Mesa College on November 8th………
There are many talented people in the district!
If you are one, and would like an opportunity to sell your crafts, you won’t want to miss this!
On November 8, Mesa is holding a Street Fair from 8 AM to 2 PM (in addition to a 5 K run, a 1 mile walk and a 0.5 mile race for people with disabilities – more on the races to come!).
We’re looking for vendors selling new , and even gently used items! If you are interested, please let me know.
This could be the opportunity for your club, group, neighbors to sell their treasures!
There will be an assortment of bands throughout the day, food trucks, raffles – lots of people and fun!
It will be a great way to begin the holidays!
There is a charge of $25 for a 10 x 10 stall
All of the proceeds from this event benefit the student veterans at Mesa College!
Don’t miss November 8 at Mesa!
